What features and amenities does my vacation rental include?

Prior to placing each property into our luxury vacation rental program, we do a thorough check to ensure that each property is furnished with every item you may need during your stay. Many of our properties serve as second homes for our owners, so often the features, furnishings and household items are more plentiful and of much higher quality than a typical vacation rental. Most of our properties include the following:
- King Size beds in most Master BRs (please ask if this is a concern)
- Bed Linens-Towels - Beach Towels- Comforters - Blankets - Pillows - Bath mats - Hairdryer
- Dishes/Bowls/Mugs/Glasses/Flatware/Cooking/Baking/utensils/knives
- Coffee Maker - Teapot - Blender - Tupperware - etc.
- Placemats and Napkins
- Patio furniture (table+4 chairs) and BBQ (gas or propane), door mats, garden hose(s)
- Multiple TVs with Flat Screen (many are Smart TVs) and CATV
- WIFI access
- Alarm clocks - Coat Hangers
- Cleaning products and supplies - Vacuum - broom/mop - trash containers and bags
- Flashlights - minor tools
In addition, many of our properties will have a supply of books, games or other items to help you enjoy your stay. We place an INFORMATION GUIDE notebook in each property prior to your arrival with plenty of information about Desert Princess Palm Springs and the surrounding areas. Be sure to take some time reading this valuable resource.
In the event you find you are missing something during your stay, we can usually replace the item.
